with the Racing Rules of Sailing as well as the rules, regulations and safety equipment requirements of the US
Coast Guard and Alamitos Bay and Long Beach Yacht Clubs. For and in consideration of the acceptance of
this entry, I/We hereby release ABYC and LBYC, their Officers, Directors, Members and Employees, Persons
involved in the running of this event, Sponsors, Promoters, Class Association and/or any other involved
persons both generally and severally from any liability for loss, injury of damage to any person and property
that might arise from my/our participation in this Regatta, and waive to the fullest extent permitted by the law
any and all claims i/We may have or develop against such parties as a result of my/our participation in this
regatta to the extent that such release and waiver does not discharge any insurance carrier under the
provisions of any applicable insurance policy. I/We agree to notify the Organizers as soon as practicable upon
withdrawing from any race.
