the rules, regulations and safety equipment requirements of the US Coast Guard and Alamitos Bay Yacht
Clubs. For and in consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I/We hereby release ABYC, their Officers,
Directors, Members and Employees, Persons involved in the running of this event, Sponsors, Promoters, Class
Association and/or any other involved persons both generally and severally from any liability for loss, injury of
damage to any person and property that might arise from my/our participation in this Regatta, and waive to
the fullest extent permitted by the law any and all claims i/We may have or develop against such parties as a
result of my/our participation in this regatta to the extent that such release and waiver does not discharge any
insurance carrier under the provisions of any applicable insurance policy. I/We agree to notify the Organizers
as soon as practicable upon withdrawing from any race.
